Grape
varieties: 100% Verdejo.
Harvest: Manually harvested and
transported in plastic crates holding 15 kg of grapes each.
Production: Manual selection of
the grapes on the grading table followed by the destemming and
pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation: The grape juice
obtained from the pressing is fermented in stainless steel vats
for 20 days at a temperature below 18º C.
Fining and stabilising: Carried
out during January 2008.
Bottled: February 2008.
Alcohol: 13 % Vol.

Español for BODEGAS PEÑAFIEL.
Taste: Pale yellow colour with
light green reflections; bright with waxen hues. Clean, fresh
nose with unripe fruit notes (apples, pears), floral hints and
memories of bush plants. A wine with a long trajectory in the
mouth; silken, elegant, with a well-integrated acidity that adds
freshness to it.
Serving temperature: 8-10º
