Grape
varieties: Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvest: Manually harvested and
transported in plastic crates holding 15 kg of grapes each.
Production: The grapes were manually
selected at the grading tables and then destemmed. Maceration
of the grape juice with the skins of the grapes for 24 to 36 hours
until the desired pink colour is attained.
Fermentation: The grape juice
obtained in the maceration process is fermented in stainless steel
vats for 20 days at a temperature below 18º C.
Fining and stabilising: Carried
out during January 2008.
Bottled: February 2008.
Alcohol: 13,5% Vol.
Cork: synthetic, measuring 40
x 24.

Taste: Rosé wine with
white wine nose and red wine mouth. Strawberry bright pink colour.
Wide and complex nose combined with fresh fruit aromas. In the
mouth it is wide, fleshy, kind, round, with the freshness given
by the well-integrated acidity.
Serving temperature: 8-10º
