Fermentation

The must obtained is fermented in the Stainless Steel tanks for 20 days at a temperature lower than 18ºC.

Tasting notes This Rosé wine has an appealing nose and it’s fleshy in the mouth. It has a Cherry red color. It shows wide and complex in the nose, combining red fruits aromas, together with the herbal notes of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is deep and complex in the mouth, gentle with a very well integrated acidity.
