Intense cherry color with light golden rim outlining in the glass. Nose with aromas of ripe black forest fruits along with spicy and balsamic touches. Medium and medium-low toast French barrels comprise its aging, so as not to mask the essence of this modern Reserva. The palate is fleshy and persistent, with the elegance and power typical of our Ribera del Duero.<\/p>

CEPAS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) and Cabernet Sauvignon. The high altitude of the plots from which these vineyards originate (above 900 m.) leaves its mark on this wine.<\/p>\n

HARVEST<\/strong><\/p>\n

The grapes at optimum ripeness are harvested manually in small trailers of less than 4,000 kg.<\/p>\n

ELABORATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once in the winery, the grapes go through a grain sorting table, followed by a gentle destemming and crushing.<\/p>\n

FERMENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alcoholic – A cold maceration is carried out for 24 hours. in an inert atmosphere to extract aromatic fruit compounds from grapes. Fermented for 12 days at a controlled temperature of 24 and 28\u00baC in 17,000l truncated cone-shaped tanks. The maceration process can take up to 30 days or more, after which a post-fermentation maceration is carried out.<\/p>\n

Malolactic – It remains in tank for 30 days with its fine lees, with a gentle battonage to increase its volume in the mouth.<\/p>\n

BARRELS<\/strong><\/p>\n
