Straw yellow color and bright. Fresh and intense nose of great complexity, with notes of tropical fruits (mango and papaya) as well as citrus aromas (grapefruit), with a subtle undertone of freshly baked bread that denotes its aging on lees. Fresh and velvety on the palate, with a round and long finish.

HARVEST
With the grapes at optimum ripeness, the grapes are harvested mechanically at night to preserve their freshness.
ELABORATION
Once in the winery, the wine is lightly pressed at low temperature in an inert atmosphere.
FERMENTATION
The must obtained from the pressing is fermented in stainless steel tanks for more than 20 days at a temperature of 15ºC.
Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged on its fine lees for about two months to enhance its complexity.
