ELABORATION
Fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 28 °C. Automatic control of pumping over to extract aromatic compounds, color and give the wine a good structure.
BARRELS
12 months in medium toasted oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Aging tones with a mauve rim and good tear. The nose is intense, aromatic and very pleasant, with well-integrated wood. Fresh on the palate with balanced acidity.
PAIRING
A plate of legumes, cured sausage, chops, red meat or cod.
CONSUMPTION
The Crianza wine is marketed at its optimum moment of consumption, and can be consumed during the following 5-7 years after its harvest.
Serve at a temperature between 16-17 °C.
