HARVEST
The grapes are harvested mechanically in the cool of the night to preserve their freshness.
ELABORATION
Once in the winery, the wine is lightly pressed at low temperature in an inert atmosphere.
FERMENTATION
The must obtained during pressing is fermented in stainless steel tanks for more than 20 days at a temperature of 13ºC.
TASTING NOTES
Intense straw yellow color, with greenish hues. The nose is complex and intense, with aromas of hay, characteristic of the Verdejo variety, giving way to subtle white floral notes and white fruit such as apple. The palate is elegant, fine, intense, oily, with powerful acidity and a bitter finish, characteristic of the Verdejo variety.
