Bright yellow color with emerald reflections. Fresh and intense nose of great complexity that evolves as the wine is oxygenated, with mineral touches appearing along with green fruit aromas that combine with an undercurrent of cinnamon, vanilla and honey aromas denoting its barrel aging on its lees. In the mouth it is fresh and smooth, with a round finish, and an unctuousness and fleshiness that envelops us and encourages us to continue enjoying it.

HARVEST
At optimum ripeness, the grapes are harvested mechanically and at night to preserve their freshness.
ELABORATION
Once in the winery, the wine is lightly pressed at low temperature in an inert atmosphere.
FERMENTATION
The must obtained from pressing is fermented in stainless steel tanks for more than 15 days at a temperature of 15°C (59°F).
BARRELS
Aged in French oak barrels on its fine lees for 3 months after alcoholic fermentation.
